You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with the site, its security, or other visitors' use of it.
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information in our forms.
- Scrape, copy, or republish our content in bulk without our permission.
3. Information on this site
The site describes our services in general terms. Prices, timelines, and features shown here are starting points, not a binding offer. Your actual scope and price are set after a conversation about your business and confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
The sample AI receptionist call on our site uses a fictional business and caller, and both voices are AI-generated. It illustrates the kind of agent we set up. It is not a recording of a real customer.
4. The intro call and messages
Booking an intro call or sending us a message doesn't create a client relationship or obligate either of us to anything. The call is free. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can by email at team@code-bridge.co or by phone at (571) 701-4423.
5. Working with us
If you decide to hire us, we'll agree on a written proposal that covers scope, fees, and schedule, under our Client Services Agreement. Our pricing page describes our usual approach: month-to-month billing with cancellation on 30 days' notice, and a 14-day fair start guarantee on setup fees. Where those terms differ from your written agreement, the written agreement controls.
6. Your content and accounts
You stay responsible for the accuracy of anything you give us and for having the right to share it, including logins and customer information. We'll use access you give us only to do the agreed work. You should share credentials only when they're needed for the project.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, logos, and other content on this site belong to CodeBridge or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our content without written permission. Ownership of work we build for you is set out in your written agreement.
8. Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party tools, such as scheduling and form services, and may link to other websites. We don't control those services or sites, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
9. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the information accurate and the site running, but we don't promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CodeBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
